Prepreg carbon fiber tubes are constructed using multiple layups of multi-directional and/or uni-directional prepregs. NitPro Composites utilize carbon fiber prepregs along with epoxy matrix in prepreg tubes.
The carbon fiber tubes are best for applications that require high bending stiffness and low weight such as drones and UAV, automobile parts, telescopic poles, fishing rods, etc. -
Carbon fiber square tubes, also known as carbon fiber square profiles or carbon fiber box sections, are hollow structures with a square cross-section made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites.
NitPro carbon fiber square tubes are manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques, including pultrusion as well as compression molding technique to ensure high quality and durability. -
Carbon fiber composite sheets are produced by compression molding method as well as vacuum infusion using carbon fiber fabric with epoxy resin, carbon fiber prepreg.
In the process of compression molding, carbon fiber prepreg placed into mold, now the prepreg gets heated under pressure into mold with large hydraulic presses. Sheet gets cured as per curing cycle in varying dimensions. -
Our pultruded carbon fiber tubes are made using the advanced "Pultrusion" process, which involves a continuous process used to manufacture fiber-reinforced polymer composite profiles with a constant cross-section through heated forming dies.
We provide composite having composition material typically consisting of a thermoset or thermoplastic polymer, reinforced with carbon fiber, aramid fibers or different combinations. -
Carbon fiber rods are solid cylindrical structures made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites. Similar to carbon fiber tubes, they offer exceptional strength, stiffness and lightweight. However, unlike tubes, the rods do not have a hollow center and are used for different purposes.
The manufacturing process for carbon fiber rods involves impregnating carbon fiber bundles with resin and then subjecting them to heat and pressure to cure the composite. -
The Carbon Fiber pultruded profiles are available in varying sizes and shapes. NitPro Composites is capable of supplying customized carbon fiber products in line with customer’s specific requirements. With the right product design, development team and in-house manufacturing facility, we can easily cater carbon fiber pultruded profiles to meet the most demanding industry specifications. Our pultruded components are easy to work. They can be cut with a band saw, coping saw, scroll saw, end mill, or dremel tool.

NitPro Composites CARBOTEX (BD) is a bidirectional & CARBOTEX (UD) is a Unidirectional woven carbon fiber fabric with high strengths, designed for installation using the dry or wet application process. These fabrics are applied to existing structural members' surfaces in buildings, bridges, and other structures.

NitPro Composites CarboLam is (CFRP) laminates, and is a 0° unidirectional pultruded carbon fiber sheet with high tensile strength and high tensile modulus. This system may improve structural load carrying capacity and is design for strengthening concrete, timber, masonry, steel, and fiber-reinforced polymer structures.

CNC service is available, according to customers design, we do customized machining as per 3D files or drawing (.Igs, .stp Format). Carbon fiber tubes, sheets and other carbon fiber products are used to make customized Carbon Fiber Parts for RC Helicopter, RC cars, UAV Drone frame etc.
